Scan & Go technicians have created and patented a system of topographic survey extremely innovative, consisting of a laser scanner sensor combined with two GNSS receivers installed on a self-leveling base and a reference target to install on a motor vehicle.

SYSTEM FOR TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY, ARCHITECTONIC, STRUCTURAL SURVEY

The Scan & Go system is a new methodology for topographic survey of the territory that uses laser scanner instruments combined with GPS receivers.


The system for topographic survey, installed on vehicle mode "Scan and Go", is designed to obtain a three dimensional definition centimeter of individual scans into a single reference system.
Scan & Go is made with a laser scanner sensor combined with two GNSS receivers and a target, all installed on a motor vehicle or on the Level Lift Roof to allow easy movement between the measurement sessions and ensure greater "reach" measurement because of the height from the ground of the laser sensor position.

The Scan & Go system is composed of:
LEVEL PLANE-EVO
: "automatic leveling" system, designed by us to secure in any condition of inclination of the vehicle the correct verticality of the equipment with an accuracy of +/- 30"(or +/- 3” with manual control), on which is installed the scanner, a GNSS receiver is placed on top of the laser scanner, in a coaxial mode.
The Level-Plane Evo can be installed on two crossbars on the roof of any vehicle or installed on the Level-Lift Roof Evo or Kangur-lift.
Another GNSS receiver with the reference target SferaZERO or TargetZERO is placed on the car bonnett, required for scan orientation.
Using reference targets mounted on top of the GNSS receiver it’s no longer necessary to level the Magnetic Level Bracket placed on the vehicle bonnet.
It’s possible to execute all surveying operations while sitting in the car.
Automatic identification of SferaZERO or TargetZERO with post-processing elaboration softwares.

To take advantage of the Scan & Go system for both traditional topographic surveys of land and infrastructure both for structural and architectural surveys, was born-the LEVEL LIFT ROOF and the KANGUR-LIFT.

The LEVEL-LIFT ROOF is composed of a pneumatic pole folding and extensible with four adjustable vertical extension (maximun height 3,00 mt), plate for the installation of the Level-Plane Evo and an adjustable support frame for the installation on the roof rack bars of any vehicle (you can perform any personalization required by the customer).


The KANGUR-LIFT is composed of a telescopic column made of anodized aluminum with pneumatic extension to lift by a hand-pump, with manual locking that allow to stop the column at the desired height. The maximum height is 6,00 meters.
The column is mounted on a cart with rubber wheels and painted frame, with light and compact design.
